Its funny how one scene from one movie can unlock so many memories, so many pains, so many joys, so much emotion, so much. I have not cried from watching a movie for.....god knows how long. It....was inspireing. Dont ask me how or why, it just was.

Yea!, TEKKEN TONIGHT! As much as i suck at the game, which isnt THAT bad anymore, its just fun to play. I think im finally gaining some respect around there, which is nice to be able to slap hands and have people be like "Yo whats up craz" like in the old DDR days. Fun stuff. Who else is going to mall? |

Study hall! I really like this study hall a lot. Not a lot of people, cool computers to work on. Fun stuff. I got some more e-mails from First Call music and.......well it seems like i got in. Hell they are talking about contracts and stuff so i guess its a good sign. im a bit confused so im going to print them out and read them over with my dad and see what he can make of them. I guess im kind of psyched for that :D Im also getting my hands on a copy of Sonar so i can record my synth with something other than sound recorder.
Well im going to be malling at somepoint tonight since i need to pratice some more Tekken. maybe ill play some more DDR, meh who knows. Be there! |

Another computer study hall!!! yay.
Ok im bored out of my skull. I got my report card today. D in precalc, C in physics, C in health, C+ in power tech, B- in mass communication, and an Inc in internship (fucking mail server died so none of my journals went out and fried the harddrive when they tried to switch all the e-mails over so im SOL on that one). So i might loose the computer for a bit. I dont know.
WPI is starting up a game design course and it looks really good. It is not all specalized in one area, which is good because knowing a lot about a lot of things is good but bad because you dont get all the hardcore traning that Digi-pen offers, but i dont have the 2 SAT II's done to apply. So if i dont get into Digi-pen, which i dont think i will, it is CCRI for a year and transfer in somewhere else. No shame in going to CCRI for a year. To many people thing "OMGOMGOMG Im not getting accepted into a college im a failure" Fuck that. Why rush? Hell i would like the year of general studies so i can kinda chill back and work on my music. We will see what happens. Maybe WPI for undergrad and Digi-Penn for the full thing. Its the rest of my life.......why rush?
I hope my dad builds a small recording studio in one of the back rooms of my house. I really do. My dad loves music and i do too. Speaking of that, i watched that snoop dogg video yesterday (since that bently on 2 wheels is so sick to see) and i saw the synth i use in the video. it made me feel all warm inside. And i finally finished tweaking the sound out of my synth so i have a really cool tranceish/ambientish sound preset. Very cool. Hopefully i will have my music up on the web tonight. I just cant find a free CD Ripper to an MP3 file. Any help? |

Studay hall in the computer lab again.
Well....this sucks. I have a 67 average in pre calc which means im going to be royaly fucked when report cards come home. I really slipped up a lot this quarter in a lot of my classes. ARG!!!! Hopefully my parrents wont be taking the computer away again, ill flip out if i cant be working on my music at all.
On the brighter side, after about some 30 good odd minutes inbetween playing WoW, i was able to come up with a really cool sounding synth. I saved it over a shitty preset one. So i think will be able to hear my ambient goodness soon once i record it on to my PC. Also, im going to be putting a few of my demos up on Electro Tuned for people to hear. I got a really shitty, in my opinion, sounding demo, a cool little clip, remake of Carol of the Bells, and a full ambient song i have been tring like hell to get out. I should have those up by the end of the day when i can access my annoying as hell FTP server.
Ok, time for a fun little game. Go on Google and type in your screen name and see what comes up. Can be fun to see where you have been in the past. Audra, i didint know you had a planetx journal. :P

Still no word from FirstCall Music. Im getting more and more nervous by the day. Im still pounding on my synth, making small little riffs to record but the only w1ay to record them onto my pc is by sending the music through the Microphone in plug. Meh, sound recorder is my best friend. Im busting my ass to get this recording done but its not comming out the way i want to. Meh, ill just keep plugging along. I can not WAIT to start throwing this togeather in FL Studio. Im officaly tunring Electro Tuned into a small music money making scheme for me. Producing loops for people for a negoatable price. I think its a good idea, feedback?
I want to get out of work NOW! i need to play more WoW |

We're swamped with demos and particularly administrative work (so we won't even get to the demos until at least the 28th, which is why we set that date as a soft "deadline."
